Prime Minister Dion? Political Fraud or Coup d’etat?

Liberal caucus has decided that Dion would be the leader of a coalition government should Canadian’s political choice of just a month ago be trumped by the power hungry Liberal Party of Canada.

Canadians have elected the Conservatives, our Prime Minister is Stephen Harper. These steps are being taken to ensure the Liberals have the opportunity to spread the wealth by spending Billions of dollars we don’t have on programs that will end up benefiting two or three major corporations in Ontario and Quebec.

The Liberal Party of Canada feels they deserve power. It’s time for Ontario and Quebec to STFU and get over it.

Alberta spawns a twice elected Prime Minister and the Liberals (Ontario and Quebec) can’t stand it.

It's not so much that Canadians don't know who they are as opposed to what their rights are as Canadians. That is as a result of government agency employees using their social list of acquaintances to make a choice for us on their own , without considering that it is a crime according to the law. When was the last time , any of us saw a government employee sent to jail for having done so? A true Canadian discrimination case paid for by government.

I'm a "dufus"? What are you, nine? It's nice your mommy lets you use the computer.

And again, still waiting for you to make a cogent argument. But instead, the rambling continues…

Hey, tgomorgan, you know what happens when you ASSUME…? I never said I love the Liberals, nor have I ever voted for them. But if Harper refuses to work with others, and doesn't have the confidence of the House, and uses a financial crisis to try to wipe out his political opponents, then HE SHOULD GO. Because he's a LOUSY PRIME MINISTER.

zammerhead and amnesiac and to all you liberal loving coalition supporters…this just in…The supreme court of Canada ruled that the LIBERAL GOVERNMENT illegally collected employment insurance contributions for 3 years..In a 7-0 decision the court ruled EI premiums were inappropriatly collected between 2002,2003 & 2005 when the LIBERAL CABINET set EI rates directly without authorization from parliament..Quebec Labour Union claimed the LIBERALS diverted 54 BILLION in contributions to where?????

True, % of votes work out in that way yes good call. But unfortunately Canada doesn't use proportional representation. The Conservatives won more seats than both the NDP and Liberals combined however and hence we have a problem.

PS. Don't be so arrogant. And why assume I'm Conservative?

Even less people chose the Liberal Party or the NDP – even if you combined them.

I beg your pardon? It is you who is slinging insults and making broad assumptions about my life and political views.
Could this be because you have no genuine point to make? The Iraq war is illegal — that's a fact. George Bush will evade prosecution because he has power, that's all. I'm sorry you have such contempt for human rights and international law.

Do you know the origin of the rabidity of your hostile attitude?

    …is that you, Harper?

This is all because Harper thinks he can run his minority govt. like it has a majority. Its maddening, running to the Governor General just to save his hide and for no other reason… why we are so stupid as to give some figure head the power to over power the will of the people! it sickens me that Harper will have more than a month now to continue his disgusting campaign of disinformation.

A grand total of 4 countries helped the US invade Iraq (the UK, Australia, Denmark, and Poland).
You think we ought to be a "good ally" by participating in an illegal war of aggression that contravenes international law?

I mean exactly what I wrote. Read it again, perhaps.
The "Conservative Agenda" (meaning the Alliance/Reform/Corporate/Libertarian agenda) was only voted for by 22% of the electorate. Harper needs to learn to play nice with others and he's had 2.5 years to figure that out. To lead a minority gov't requires more skill and finesse than Harper posesses.
