Government corruption: Officials in China arrested for misspending funds on prostitutes

Government officers in China’s northeast province of Heilongjiang have been arrested on charges of misspending government funds on hookers.

One of the officers, identified by his last name Wang, has been nicknamed “Little Hot Pepper” by the group of Russian prostitutes he and his followers often patronized.

Wang earned his nickname from his sexual preferences. Wang enjoys dipping frozen popsicles inside the women’s honey pots before sex or receiving blowjobs after the women had sucked on ice cubes.

Another sexual preference Wang has is to add a little spice to the women’s honey pots, because he enjoyed watching them dance about. It’s also the sexual practice that earned him the nickname “Little Hot Pepper” although the question is whether he’s much bigger than an actual pepper?
