You can also count calories but doesn't take much from some processed food to put you over a peice of pie can be 390 calories and peice of pizza at over 300 calories, and who eats just one peice at a meal? Doesn't take long to go over your meals allowance. Also good to exercise don't spend all day in front of tv okay.
