The American Voter Revolution, hereinafter referred to as (“AVR”) is dedicated to protecting the privacy of our online members and contributors. We’ve developed these easy-to-understand Privacy Practices from guidelines established by leading privacy organizations, including eTrust.com and the Better Business Bureau.
Gathering and Usage of Information
AVR collects personal information from you on a voluntary basis and we don’t require it to obtain non-membership access to americanvoterrevolution.com. The types of personal information we collect may include your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.
We do not sell your email address or phone number to any third parties. Some activities on americanvoterrevolution.com explicitly involve sharing your personal information with a third party, such as your elected officials. If you sign a petition or similar call to action that has the express purpose of sending emails or petitions to Congress, the media, or similar, we will share your personal information with the target of the call to action.
On some occasions, we will make our membership postal mailing list available to allied organizations for the purpose of sending direct mail.

AVR maintains several opt-out and opt-in email lists, including our newsletter and special updates.
