Modi: Congress ruled states have worst crime against women

Narendra Modi is in full Congress bashing mode as he lists all the states where crime against women is worst in the Country — and says that they are ruled by the Congress. He says that the Congress government in the centre has completely mismanaged the Nirbhaya fund that they announced when the case was at its peak. He also says that Sonia Gandhi has no right to speak of women’s rights and issues. He says that Sonia is incapable for protecting her own party worker woman in Latur, how is she going to protect the women of the country. He says all of Congress’s plans to empower women are only on paper and never executed.
