By totally misrepresenting how working-class living standards improved, conservatives have convinced workers that government is the enemy, and they should rely on corporate good will to treat them fairly.

December 6, 2015 at 2:23 AMI'm a working class American living from paycheck to paycheck and I don't vote anymore because I lost total faith in the system. I used to be an Independent. Everyday it's getting harder and harder to live, to pay the bills, afford food, rent, etc. I know that I'm not alone. I feel that no one's going to do anything.
